VB6 Word document index and quick search. by kanus

Ok so I want to create a quick way to search for strings of text inside Word documents as well as in the name of the Word Doc. My first thought is to make a program that can create a database of all the text within the Word Doc’s. The database would have Filename, current path, an opening path ( to use when I want to open the actual word doc, will be different than the path of the current word doc ) and then a field with the entire text from within the word doc.
So here is what I did so far:
I open the word doc in a RichTextBox. Then make a string out of the RichTextBox.Text then I strip all characters I don’t need by creating a list of allowed characters and put the result into another RichTextBox.
Then I have a FileListBox with all the word docs.
So I was going to do a “For Each” FileListBox Item parse the text and add that text to the database. This was just to create a quickly searchable index database. There was going to be different folder paths as well for different types of documents.
Then I was going to create a completely different program that would use the database to do quick search’s for strings where I could choose the doc type by folder, search filenames or inside files (which would be now the parsed text in the database), and exact match/match all words options.
First problem I ran across. Some of the Word Doc’s have images and I have problems parsing these doc’s, or it just takes too long.
I think there may even be a better way to do this. Please see my attachment for a better idea of what’s going on.
So what I need from you is to complete this project or if you have a better idea of how to do it please bid. Must be done in VB6 and source code is required.

Real Estate site needs script installed and sms included by s8hh
own packages is a MUST. It must have Paypal like the one in the script but can also feature 2checkout or another payment source if it is included in the script.
If the features I described can be done with out me having to purchase the script seperately then have you install and do the other stuff, that would be welcome as well. 2. I can't get the graphs to look great when I switch the format (3D pipe) because they render incorrectly on the page. If you know how to work with MS Word, this should not take more than 15 mins for all charts.

Simple search and export program
800034540 in the "File Number" it will show a business name and city amongst other information. In this example the city is Bellaire. I need to have this program import the results in a Word/Excel doc and sort it by city of Bellaire and/or filing date.
