Banner and Logo needed by proffessor

Hello,
I need a banner and logo for our new website.
Banner size: 950px x 200px
We recycle cell phones and support green environment. so it has to be related to electronics , phones, recycling and "green"
Logo text will be provided.
Must much the theme.

made for the top of our page. No Flash, just standard graphic design. We have a few ideas but will leave the creativity up to you. We are also looking to get a smaller logo made for multiple uses on the site. Both the banner and logo will need to be high res in case we decide to use for print. once we choose a graphic designer we will disclose the project details and requirements. We are working on a small budget here, so keep that in mind. Thank you for your time.
