Paypal IPN - update DB upon verified payment and send emails. vb code by balex

I need a paypal IPN script, written in asp.net (visual basic), that will update my database (SQL Server 2005) upon a "verified" payment and send an email to the admin, the customer, and the employee that is associated with that transaction.
I am developing a website where a customer can reserve a "session" with one of my employees. Before they reserve the session, I need a way for them to make payment. There will only ever be 3-5 payment options, so I don't need a shopping cart or anything like that. I want to keep it simple.

Update Paypal Ipn To A Different Processor
I need a php programer who is familiar with IPN's. I have a script installed on my site that came coded with the paypal IPN, however I use a different payment processor and need the site updated to use my processor's IPN.
The payment processor does provide a sample listener script for their IPN and the processor very much works like paypal.
All front end and back office functions must remain fully functional.

remarks: my cart also have the social login by loginradius installed! i am not only needing the IPN and points modules work together but the whole checkout process work perfectly, all customer can checkout, NOT only the normal register customer.

oscommerce v2.2, with POINTS AND REWARDS MODULE v1.5 installed, however, doesnt work properly with paypal IPN, i know the problem can be fix by using 'Aggregate', however, in order to make every order much more clear, i would love to use 'Per Item', i need the paypal invoice show the discount amount from the points and rewards module. example:

The IPN script must verify that the PayPal payment was made to the correct PayPal account and that the payment was made for the correct amount and in the correct currency.

If it is from a new user, the PHP should generate a random 32 character hex product key, write this product key together with some other details as a new entry in the database and email the key to the purchaser.
If the purchase is from an existing user, the PHP should extend the days allowed on the licence and email the purchaser.
The script should be able to handle purchases of multiple products through the "Add to cart" button.

Before getting autoresponse plus, up to now, I have been using a paypal ipn script which I have attached, this sends one email automatically when someone purchases something.
So either a completely new script needs to be written by you, or the script I already have can be modified so that the subscriber gets the message as before and their email address is also automatically added to the new autoresponder sequence.

efore final checkout i don't want to insert all data into the order table. Before final checkout through Paypal, all data are stored in temptable and session veriables. OsCommerce is currently installed on this live store. The PayPal IPN mod has also been installed and integrated to the various files, however it needs debugged. The shopping cart payment will not encrypt and go to PayPal.
