Project Background:
We have developed a web-based management system for moving business. It is programmed with PHP+Mysql.
We now need to outsource the remaining work to a company with good feedbacks.
Like you go to a hosting website and place an order, this system shall do the below functions:
For users:
1. allow users to place an order online.
2. user can pick up which package they want to buy, detailed package information will be provided.
3. user will pay with credit card, on a monthly basis, the credit card payment gateway information will be provided to winning bidder. and the programming is at bidder's choice, either XML, HTML posting or any other ways.
4. after credit card is processed successfuly, user will asked to customize their business information, including company name, address, phone number, admin user name and password
5. then they will see a customized user panel, including all the necessary information for their business use.
6. later on, user only needs to log on, then he can use the hosted services.
7. user can send support tickets to help desk.
8. user can view their history payments, and print invoice out.
9. user can upgrate to different packages. (only two packages at this moment)
For us(website owner)
1. be able to view orders, daily, weekly, monthly, yearly, and customized time frame.
2. be able to view payments. in a list
3. be able to view overdue payments, failed credit card charges
4. be able send reminders to subscribers.
5. be able to disable subscribers
6. be able to customize our business information, including business name, address, phone nubmer, toll free number.
7. be able to review submitted tickets
8. be able to view reports, including user nubmers, payments, sales, etc.
9. be able to export sales to quickbooks (future version, not quoted in this spec)
10. be able to print out invoices.
You might need to make some changes to our existing codes.
This program is in its initial stage, and future developments will be needed when time is right.
Payment terms:
30% deposit in escrow, 30% first release in escrow, 40% on closing and finally release escrow payment
Payment will be controlled by escrow services.
You must have be careful to use open source codes. We own the copyright, however, for all the codes, we need it be originally programmed by your company, and each file has our copyright statement. We allow you to refer to similar open source codes, however, you have to protect our final program from possible copyright infringments.

Deadline: This project MUST be finished by or before Nov. 30, 2006. If you can't meet this timeline, please do not bid.

BTW There is a basic PHP-Nuke based Evite clone available called iVite (do a simple google search to find it). I am looking for something more robust than this software. I have been using Joomla which is not compatible with iVite; however, I don't particularly care which PHP based content management software is used as long as the final solution provides what I am looking for.
