basic LOGO design needed, easy job! by pacomputerguy

My client needs a logo created, this should be a quick and easy job for someone. I'm always posting new jobs, do well and get more jobs from me. Easy $ , please keep bids reasonable.
The logo will be used for an equine / horse related business. My client would like the use of brown, cream, and a hint of orange.
They have two ideas in mind for the logo design, we can determine what would work/look best...
#1. The words Dreamland Ponies, with the letter "D" being created to look like a half moon. The moon would be the hint of orange.
#2. The words Dreamland Ponies, with aa silhouette image of a horse (small) "jumping" out of or through the letter "D".
My client is open to suggestions, feel free to brainstorm. I'd also like the final logo to be done in flash, just something basic to use as an intro page to the site.
As the buyer, I assume full ownership of the files / images. Including any, and all, copyrights. Designer will provide me with all associated files (font, jpg, vector, html, etc)
