WebMail skin - Communigate template by northpole

This is a HTML-only project that requires an individual or company that is highly skilled in XHTML, javascript, ajax and Web 2.0 methods.
We are running Communigate Web mail, which uses WSSP scripting language for the webmail front-end. We need to apply a new custom built theme to this.

The template will be created by us and delivered in Photoshop/JPEG documents. You will therefore be required to create CSS and xHTML for the site, as well as configuring the template engine within Communigate to apply the skin.
We are a large corporation and are only ready to work with experienced HTML/javascript/AJAX programmers. We require that you have good knowledge of the english language and are ready to work on this project in the next 3-4 weeks.

Replace skin and template on online beauty contest
We just changed our template graphics for our site and now need someone to take our new graphics and psd files and re-skin our template and add flash database for our contestants.

As we have already purchased the template and therefore the design has already been produced as well as most of the images and work, we just need someone who is comfortable with flash and html to make the template more unique and to our specifications. There appears to be an image gallery and we will need to be sure that we can add and remove images when needed.

Make changes to Wordpress Template by Templatic
would like to have the possibility if a 'place' is logged in, that this 'place' can add events under itself, and to have them posted under the content of the place. So if hotel x has a place page, he can add 'events' within his 'account' and the visitor of the site can see all the events that are hosted by this specific place. Do you understand what I mean?

When the typing goes beyond 1 page, the template does not continue correctly to the formatted second page.
I need someone to set this up so that if you type past what will fit onto the first page, it will automatically go to the second page with the correct formatting (different from the first page).
