e logo should incorporate the name in a modern look. The feel should be of a cool modern radio station that is commercial. The target audience of the station is for the expat segment. Most of the time the logo will be on a black background but not always.

Since the station can be heard around the world, the logo should have a feeling of "global reach".

I would like to see some kind of concept image before I choose the successful bidder.

An application will need to be installed on three Windows computers in order for the talk break files to be downloaded onto specific directories on those computers.

The application will be able to be programmed by the user to download files at a scheduled time.

A confirmation email (or error email) must be sent to a user nominated email address once the download has completed (or failed).

The listeners are based in UK and US and Canada . We will start with 2 hrs per day streaming for ~50-100 concurrent listeners. We plan to scale up after positive response to 1000 concurrent listners and 24/7 coverage. If we are satisfied with phase 1 the scale up task will be yours too.

I would not require any live broadcasting. I would only want to have all of my artists songs randomly played, but be able to to schedule certain blocks of time for other things, i.e. the station would play random music all day, but from 2:00 pm untill 3:00 pm it would play a pre-recorded interview etc.

I prefer this to be done in Joomla as it is the CMS i know the most. If it needs to be done using another PHP framework this is okay too. We could use .NET at a stretch but I prefer PHP.
