I need a logo and banner design for my web hosting store. The banner should suit my existing template. The banner should be original, very simple but strong impressive with the logo and company name in it. Please also provide the Favicon based on your logo design.

The store address will be provide via PMB.
Max budget for this project is 15$ .

Colors #ccc, red, #33669, etc, need a resizable banner 468X60 so I can use it to reformat it again in different sizes. Ineed the text in the banner to be changable(so I can change the words) I use Photoshop Suite, or Macromedia Suite. Please don't bid crazy money. I could do it myself, but I'm out of time. The banner will be used for affiliate programs like clixgalore.

I had many logos design in the past and when a designer provides multiple samples, they are the most poorest and lack of artistic. All they do is change the fonts and claim it’s a new design.
