I need a nice logo though. That will be the most difficult part of this entire project and even that should not take more than 10-15 minutes as I want it to be nice but not elaborate.

The site will be all HTML based and I need it done by tomorrow (September 12, 2008).

Again, it should not take more than an hour and I am willing to pay good money.
