Strong knowledge of PHP and MySql is required. Communication will be done via our Project Tracking System or skype,icq,msn,yahoo,phone.
We will provide:
- design-templates, HTML
- detailed technical specification for the project
- storyboards explaining website functionality
- PHP Framework using which we prefer you to work with us
- Hosting for this project.
You should sign NDA agreement with us. project should be completed in 3 weeks.
Please note that there will be NO UPFRONT PAYMENT available. Payment will be done so:
1-2 weeks - for a Beta verison (40% payment will be made via Paypal upon Beta version delivery)
3 weeks - completion of the site and launch (30% payment via paypal)

YOU MUST BE EXPERT IN WHMCS since that is the script that has to be incorporated with this site if you dont know what WHMCS is please dont respond. Your job will be to take the desing that I already have created, and put it on a joomla template there is about six pages and also take the WHMCS and make it look like part of my website.
