I want to start a Escort directory with everything automated. I will use Paypal as payment gateway. Anybody wishing to join the directory has to pay and maintain their own pictures and advertisements.
It will be a content management system.
Users of the site should be able to view all members information. I will have 3 different memberships types. 1 membership type would be the escort agencies, the 2nd will be individual escorts and the other one people visiting the agencies (the customers)
The cutomers should be able to rate each escort or ecort agencies from their experience.
I also need the web promotion of this directory done.
The design have to be CLASSY & EYECATCHING - I will only asign this job to someone with pre-experience in this field.
The payments needs to be made on an annual basis and atumatic retrieveal of username, passwords and reminders for payments. When they don't pay I need an email so they can be removed or put aside till they pay.
Let me know if this can be done within my budget.
