I am looking to develop a digital delivery service similar to PayLoadz.com.
The website will be for those who wish to sell downloads and non tangeble products on the internet. Paypal will be the payment processor. Paypal will reroute the IPN to our website. And our website will then send the buyer an immediate e-mail as to how to download the product.
The buyer will then open the e-mail and be directed to our website for the download. He will need to enter a password to access the information. And the information will need to have a download limit for each customer.
I know the immediate e-mail will be easy as their are many simple scripts out their. But the password protected and download limited file may be more difficult.
I need the entire website. I like what payloadz.com has done.

buy credits through a dutch payment system (mollie.nl), the delivery guy gets credits for buying the products + a fee of delivering.
The delivery guys receive automatic emails for clients that need delivery. They can accept or deny.
The site also has to be extremely secure to protect from fraud.
Please come up with more ideas. The above doesn't cover everything, but most part.
