We would like to create a super scale down version of Linux that is very small in size. The Linux Kernel flavor that will be helpful to create small os is identified as Debian Linux OS, however we are open for discussion. So we would like to find a developer who have medium to good level of understanding of Linux Kernel more specifically Debian. He must have fairly good knowledge of Linux scripting languages.
One note regarding bidding for this project, if any of you think its large project with huge sum of money then sorry to disappoint you. Its a small project with small budget, please keep that in mind while bidding.

The computers that this will run on are low spec with only 256meg of ram so the thinner the OS the better.
The Boot screen image will also be custom.
