We are a website design company. Looking to outsource some work. We have had some very serious communication problems with non English speaking foreigners on 12 projects so we would prefer not to do business with anyone who doesn't fluently speak English they must be preferably located in USA, Canada or Europe. We have also had dependability problems with anyone not in these countries. No bids from contractors who will further outsource this work either unless you are a reliable foreign contractor but seriously they have been very rare to come across at this point we have been very unhappy with them and are reluctant to deal with them anymore.
We are a very affordable website design company, we expect high quality work but high bids we can not accept. Most of the websites we do are $ 299 and we have advertising costs on top of that and remember we will be doing the bulk of the work all you will be doing is creating 1 Photoshop template for us to design the site with.
Basically what this job is, is you will just be creating a 1 page template for us, the template needs to be done in photoshop and only in photoshop. Kinda just like the home page, we will take that photoshop template and turn it into a website.
What this site is a semi porn site, not hardcore porn though. It's a site like hotornot.com except where women show there boobs and get rated on them. We don't want it to look like hotornot.com though. Basically kind of a fun site with a bit of nudity in the breast area.
This template needs to have a header, a horizontal menu, a content area and a footer all done in photoshop. We have the logo done already.
The front page content area needs to also serve as kind of a disclaimer so in the content area you will be doing this, not to much wording, but a enter site type of thing/buttons with some small disclaimer that they are old enough and click to enter type deal, with some relevant graphics.
We want the site to look nice and professional, we want you to be creative and artistic and we don't want to constrain you to much but just keep in mind that we will have to have that header and footer and traverse throughout the entire site and we will need to be placing a disclaimer on the content are of the front page then it will go to the main components of the site. Also the logo is already done so from a color and design perspective you are constrained here.
We need this done in at least 2 days, we are already behind schedule on this project. If you can get it done sooner the better.

For our customer (fitness enter) we need a website design in Photoshop. The design will be translated into HTML by our coder. So only a Photoshop file is needed, no slicing, HTML, CSS or other coding.
