Need a Gallery website like this one and some change in colors.

We need an XML Flash website template with a video gallery function inspired by this site: http://www.sensoproductions.com/, especially with the movement of the video player on & off the page. • The site is based on a fixed window size and the background extends to fill larger monitors (like my current site). The frame stays the same, and the sections ('fashion', 'portraits', 'beauty', etc) are always visible as a menu, no matter what is being viewed.
• The menu/section names ('fashion', 'portraits', 'beauty', 'bio' etc) must operate with the rollover colour-change as it is now.
