hich would be better for seo. To have 3 columns like in the existing website www.a2bdjs.com and have a sub menus on the left hand column or have sub menus in the main navigation like in this design http://www.corkdesigns.ie/designWork/eventpromotion/event3.jpg and also have a navigation in the footer?

Payment facility should be available with Paypal.
The site will also have pages to view images of saint and his visits to different temples.
The site will alos have a page to download/listen audio lectures of the saint.
Contact Us Page, About Us Page should also have information about the siant.
All the source files (Flash, HTML, Images) will be the proprietory of the saint and his organisation.
