Order form and mysql database admin with the posted orders.
The business is Lanyards, in the order form i need 6 combobox to assembly a lanyard. They are: Type, Model, With, Colour, Finishings, Extras. Each combobox must load a image (assembly image) or variable and price value.

But with a difference all variables in one page, one form, one step. When the client sends his order, it must be sent to the client and supplier email and posted in the database of the supplier.
The application must be simple and easy to be modified, like adding variables to the form and database, by our local webmaster that understands php, javascript and mysql.

Correction to following statement:
"Casual visitors can browse the products/categories and prices are displayed according to their default user group (retail)."
... actually, prices are not displayed on the website until the user logs in, so casual visitors (not logged in) do not belong to a pricing group.

Invoice and order increment
g error code "invoice has already been payed"
meaning clients cannot pay through paypal which needs to be resolved asap.
3 remaining shops do not have this issue.

We seem to have an issue with order slips. After creation of invoice (auto when paid through payment provider) we cannot print packing slips.
