Poker tournament script and feed by tcalkins

I am in need of creating a poker tournament feed for users to customize and then use as a feed on their own site.
Tournament Schedule will be made in MySQL database and table will include site name, url, date, registration time, start time, prize pool, number of players, buy-in, etc. This info can be easily entered by myself (admin) using excel file. Table will look like www.pokerfreerollsonline.com/freerolls.php or www.tournamentmonitor.com when finished. Members will be able to login and change parts of their feed (url, pokerooms, colors,text,sizes). Table headings can be sorted if possible. Users will save their settings and get a customized feed for their own site. Functionality is similar to tournamentmonitor.com (webuser section).
Must be experienced in MySQL,PHP, html, xml, and rss feeds. Please provide samples of work and portfolios. Must have a positive rating and prior feedback. Files will become property of myself when finished.
