Which format file would you prefer to make it into a sharp SWF file so I can put it on my webpage ?

I would also want the video/SWF cropped so it is a square slightly bigger than the globe.

I would also need the SWF background, or area around the globe to be transparent so I can see my grid on the webpage.

The DVD disk has multiple sequences and the DVD logic is programmed to respond to a game console for controlling what material is played (hence, the "interactive" part). I need a script that will convert any video file to flv. This script should be able to accept all bitrates, resolutions, audiovideo formats etc and should convert the files to flv via ffmpeg/mencoder. The script should be in PHP (which will probably include shell commands to ffmpeg etc.)

What You need:
