We are currently taking bids to develop that project, but we think we need to get someone to do the character illustration and then someone else to Flash Animation.
So here are the requirements for the Illustrator:
*We need about 7 simple characters in simple line art form, no shading, or colors needed.
*We also need about 3 different backgrounds, these backgrounds do have colors and shading, but they could be basic.
*We also need some simple objects, like music instruments, etc.
IMPORTANT: We will hold all the copyrights to the cartoons to use as we see fit.
This is hand-drawn, just do the drawings on paper and send us the scans. we will do all the digitizing. please see attached files to get an idea of the theme we are looking for.

but also erotic and sexy as the website is aimed at gay guys and will contain adult material and the characters will incorporate fetish gear/clothing. the characters will be used on the website and in print advertising for the website so will need the digital copies in both web and print formats

It will depict a car speeding by (maybe up and over a hill, heading towards the viewer) and disappearing off camera, as a policeman aims his radar detector at it. The police officer will then scratch his head, because the radar detector will not be giving a reading. A message will then appear saying something like, "Make you car invisible to radar and laser…Legally!...Click for more info".
