YouTube project by nexuslite
Required skills: C/C++, PHP
Looking for a developer with experience in video uploading and conversion to flv.
Project is to create a video upload process similar to youtube.
Working demos are considered over scratch projects.
I would like an upload status bar but not necisary.
A full youtube script would be nice but also not necisary.
No flash is required as long as I can verify that the file was converted to flv on a linux system.
Open Source video converter recommended such as ffmpeg.
No design work needed I plan to carry out most of this project by my self I just need to borrow somebodys knowledge on converting video files.

& Thumbnail from YouTube. They can edit the title, description, and thumbnail as they like. Adding or deleting the text.
Next they just click on upload and the video is saved to the site under their username. Video will be shown on the site once approved by the admin.

I would like to open a tube site for my team, it will be basically same with youtube but it has to have a language file so that i can translate it to turkish.
there will be 4 types of user, admins can do everything, moderators can approve videos and upload videos, superuser can upload videos without any approval and normal users need approval for their uploaded videos.
