Required skills: ASP
Need a custom module made to an advanced design ASP ecommerce site. This isn't a simple asp site, it has many advanced modules and requires an advanced programmer. Upon reading this post in its entirely, PM me with why you are best to complete this job.

The custom module is as follows: When a customer places an order they fill out a form on the site, then the form is sent to either authorize.net or paypal. The form data is sent to these sites accordingly, where they can then put in their payment.
However, many customers go to the payment site and never complete the order. I want a module setup where the system will save the order to a wishlist if the order isn't completed, then email any customer who does not complete their order their login name and password, alerting them to complete their order by logging into the site, and accessing their saved basket.
All changes need to be made within the current code.
The successful completion of this project (on time and within specs) will lead to at least a few hundred dollars in work each month.

Very straight forward project. I am using Plesk and have phpmyadmin for mysql database.
We have a site-map system that queries the database for records. We want the site-map to be automatically updated if there are 0 records within the main level category, and hide it. Right now it shows the empty category.
