The design will be done by me, i just need some one to program it so its database driven, and scripted so its easy for me to update and maintain the website, Some one who is good with programing and is cable of working doing design work, i will have layout designed in using adobe photoshop, so i wwill work with you in the design aspect.

I need a database driven website -
information must be able to be imported from an excel spreadsheet. The intranet pages must have record links at the top for easy navigation as each record could have more than 600 different fields. This database is for housing information.
