Script To Automate Oscommerce Site Setup by dropship
Required skills: ASP, C/C++, Perl/CGI, PHP, Script Installation
I manually setup oscommerce sites on domain names. For instance I'll setup an oscommerce site for xyz.com and then the same setup for zzz.com going through the uploading of all the oscommerce files, then setting up the database in the cpanel, then running the oscommerce install to import the database and change the config files depending on the domain.
I would like to have a script where this entire process would be automated so that I would basically enter in the information about the domain name, ftp user/pass and then the script would do all the functions I mentioned above if that's possible?
Any other ideas to automate the process are welcome.

Add world shipping zones to existing OSCommerce site

Project is to add shipping zones ie NZ (N Island, S Island), Aus, South Pacific, North America/East Asia, UK/Europe, Rest of World to existing OSCommerce site so that prices of shipping are added to shopping cart total when customer enters billing information. We envisage shipping costs would be based on weight. We will add weights to item information.
