Simple RSS aggregator website (Web viewer) AJAX by mado

I want a developer to design for me a simple clean RSS aggregator website, that looks and works somehow like www.live.com
I don't want it to be complicated at all.
Admin should be able to create categories, under those categories he can add feeds from the admin panel.
Users can register and choose the categoreis they are interested in. So when they login they will only see feeds related to their cateogies.
Users can add Rss feeds from their own websits to show up under their account. Also, they can send feeds into the categories that the site has, but they'll have to be approved.
There is more details that I will discuss with you after we agree, but this is the key idea.
The design should be clean and light using ajax.
The website will be all in arabic, so make sure you know how to work with Arabic charachters and the layout will be (RTL) right to left.
You don't need to understand arabic or write in arabic, I can translate everything, I just want the site to be able to read arabic.
Please don't tell me about how good you are, I want you to post to me how are you going to design this, and what technologies are you going to use. If you have examples that would be great!

menus and side bar the list is very close to what I would like. Very simple.

-The system should use the latest official version of django (v1.3.1)
-Python 2.7
-SQLite or MySQL for the Database may be used. At this stage I would prefer SQLite.

Simple one page Website php and ajax api
I Need a Simple 1 page website. i have a few samples site.I Have a system that has a php Generator where i just plug in my info and is makes a php. Very simple.Looking to spent $ 30-$ 50 to integrate the PHP

first page would have an input box for a title, feed, and one for an email address... and of course a submit button. (option to add more would be even better but not required)
It also needs to have an area called "subscriptions" where you can delete these subscriptions.
I'm curious to know your thoughts on this and any suggestions you might have...and of course how much would you charge. Please see attached image for an example.

Simple RSS based website
that is easily viewable even on older phones. Not just modern smart phones. (somethign as simple as the iGoogle RSS feeds, where it is the title, then expandable to view the description.
AJAX auto updating/refreshing would be a very nice feature. Like how facebook updates its feed.

I want to turn my emails in my gmail inbox into a RSS feed that can feed into the database to be searched.
The emails often contain pdf files, I would like those pdf files to be searched as well.

il sent. The mail should be a plain text with no html formatting. And if I execute the program twice in a few minutes, if there are no new items in the feed, mails should not be sent. Only new items mail should be sent.
The application should provide some simple options like to edit the email id, the address from which the rss feeds to read from. Even some place in the code where I can edit these options will do. I will need the source code of it too.
