Export to Excel using XML from SQL 2000 by regbwright

We have a C# application that exports data from 3 MS SQL Database tables to Excel.
The stored procedure was working, and then I screwed up..I made a minor change and all hell broke loose....Now it doesn't export to Excel. Right now it is dumping the XML tags into a word document...instead of using the forms we recreated.
If you are familar with SQL 2000 and exporting to Excel using XML and XLST(style sheets- (we save the style sheets as ".rep" files)) ..maybe you can help me.
There are two reports that are not functioning properly..

sion about this project. Please make sure you read the description thoroughly and completely, and "test" any software you need to make sure you are able. I don't have ODBC drivers or anything else of the sort. Still waiting for a hero on this one.

in this project, just automated data export to excel.
The exported excel should have details like the number of bugs fixed, the number of bugs closed in total and also per person basis, the severity of each bug etc.The spread sheets will be kept on a fileshare and that needs to be updated automatically.
I would provide the tables required for this project and also sample excel sheets.But the developer's creativity is more welcome.

XML Data Transfer from MS SQL Server to Oracle Database
ild a system to transfer data (using XML) from SQL Database to Oracle. Given the scope for future development the data should be first converted to XML and then transferred. At the receiving end the data should be converted back to records from XML and then saved as records(application) in Oracle database.

Fix exporting for PHP to Excel for Hebrew text - Urgent!
that data in Hebrew is not exported good to excel. Can't find a way to fix it.
The data is stored in mySQL database, the field is in latin1_swedish_ci encoding.
The data is displayed good in the browser using UTF8, but in the Excel it comes out gibbrish.
Should be something like 20 minutes work for someone that knows hot to fix it. Max budget for this fix is 30$ .
