I want to create a basic photography website utilizing flash if possible with a content management system so I can EASILY change pictures and words in a news bar. I want the site to look something like one of these

So if you are the winning bidder, I expect a 50% completion of the website at 50% of your completion date. so if you say it will take 10 days, i would expect 1/2 the site done by 5 days.

categories. That's what I want. Click on any of the categories. I want the thumbnail images to show on the side similar to those. If you think you can improve the slideshow please make sure you apply to this project post.
I just need the site to be extremely easy to navigate without any confusion for potential clients.

The winning provider will be expected to prefer long term support for this project however this will be paid on a per incident basis and a pre-arranged fee.
Current hosting is via IIS and can only use ASP / MS Access DB although we intend on migration to IIS with ASP / PHP and MySQL in the near future so some migration will be necessary in the next 12 months.

of the main window has five pictures. They do nothing (from what I can tell) other than react to a mouseover. I'd like for them to go directly to the Gallery section - each picture would go to one of the five categories I mentioned above.
This is not a rush project as I'm just getting things started. I'm open to ideas/suggestions. I have the template files (fla, etc.) and my logo (in bmp and jpg). I just lack the flash knowledge to do these basic changes.
