Social user based site development with a lot of user interaction. Would require login, registration with captcha/gd, interaction, inline editing functions, rich editor integration such as fckeditor, auto-completion.

We are looking to develop a full scale poker site. This includes website and software. We need someone able to make a software similar to that of fulltiltpoker.com. The time limit on the project depends, but we do not want to stretch it out more than 4 months. If possible, we might also be interested in an existing poker software that we can purchase and customize. We are looking for quality work, only serious bidders please.
