I want a website to offer Radio and Television Stations List (Directory) to visitor.
Users will visit this site to see list of countries and categories and will browse them to see related TV/Radio stations with search, bookmark, tell a firend features.
It must have ability to register an affiliate website and offer the site under the name of other website too just by using thier affiliate id and displaying the affilaited site logo and setting to visitors. This was affiliate can place a link to our site with and affiliation ID and when user clicks on that link visitor will see the referer site setting.
It must be able to get advertisement to display in the site and use paypal-service to charge for banner.
It must be able to set banner from affiliates.
There must be an admin part to control the site and confirm affiliated and advertisement registrations.
There must be an affliliates part to offer customization options to affilaited sites.
The site must be ajax enable for a better user experience.
The site design must be only based on CSS and prefereably no use of tables on design if possible.

Since I do not understand much about shoutcast, I need you to setup everything, so i can just add additional content which you will show me how to do. Must have a facebook and Twitter component that allows people to follow us and include automated posting to social media sites when needed. Present site is on a CMS System, and a copy of the template is attached as this may require simple adjustments.
