Services Offered Website and Database
I need to develop a website that offers users the ability to select companies to perform various types of services. The site is similar to contractors.com and servicemagic.com.
A specifications document will be provided to the winning bidder.
The winning bidder will be expected to produce a design document or provide some method of demonstrating a complete understanding of the project before final implementation. The design document can be the actual system if that is the preferred method of the developer. Quality of design is more important than speed of development.
Extensive experience in PHP and MySQL is required. Newer, stable tools, such as Ajax, Joomla and others may be acceptable but will first have to be discussed. Developer’s suggestions such as enhancements, site awareness techniques, database distribution, and opinions are welcome.
The developer will be expected to make bug fixes for up to 60 days following complete delivery and acceptance of the system. Payment will be made based upon completion of milestones: 1) submission and acceptance of design document, 2) delivery of complete system, 3) 30-60 day testing of system. Developer will also be asked to sign a document regarding ownership of code and disclosure of information.

changes may need to be made. We will also need all of our current database entries transfered to the new one. We will also need for you to configure the mail system (optimize really). Rebuild A Dog Foundation Website And Database Connections
the dog foundation places shelter dogs by new owners.
They have a website where the new owners can make a profile of their dog and where a visitor finds information en news.
The new owner makes a profile at the website and places blogs and video's at it. The existing data, pictures blogs has to be taken from the old website.
Important is also the possibility to mail all members from the dogs..

Joomla Setup And Database Connection
Looking for some help in setting up a Joomla website and database. We're moving from one server to another. All the files have been moved. Now needing help with the database connection and sorting out the SEO friendly URLs to possibly htaccess configuration etc. Set up on a Windows server though can buy linux space if we have to. You should be expert in Joomla and mysql/php.
