Custom Ebay Template and Storefront by bestnsport

Hello everyone. I am looking for someone to create a custom ebay template and storefront for me that will make my page look professional and give me a step ahead from the competition. I have been looking at a lot of pages and I have a good idea of what I want. I suppose I do not want to get into everything right now but in general I want the picture of my item to be next to my description of that item (this way the customer can see both description and picture in one viewing). I also want the option to add additional pictures and additional descriptions for "add-on" sales or "options" for that specific unit. This is a very important qualification because ad-ons can be very profitable. However, it will also be important that if a specific item does not need an ad-on sale that my template is not full of empty white space. I do have some limited knowledge of HTML so if it is required that I make small changes I can do it. I hope someone can do this for me.
As far as the storefront goes, I do not know as much about what I want. I just want something that looks very nice and has search features throughout my store. I sell sports equipment if that changes anything. I do not think this is incredibly difficult for an experienced web designer.
Other than that, I had someone working on this for me previously and then he just stopped answering emails so I do already have a logo that I like. I will give it to the person that wins this job and they can either use it or make something better if they think they can.
In addition, I understand that a program can be written that will automatically change your template after you enter in certian information such as: Item description, warranty, condition, etc... I am intrigued by this and I think if someone can made a dependable functioning program like this I would like it, however, it is a nice to have, not really a qualification.
Finally, I ask that when making a bid, you give me what you normally charge other people. I am going to make my budget $ 100-$ 300 although I know that many people have and will do it for less money than that. If you have already done Templates/">templates for $ 75, I think it is a little rude to enter a bid for $ 200 just because I put my budget in a higher price range. What I do hope to happen, is that by offering to pay a little more, I will get a little more and only get a very good quality page coupled with great customer service post-project. I really want a very good quality page and I will pay for it. Thanks and happy bidding everyone!

Another important qualification is that I would like someone I can remain in contact with after this project is complete. I do not intend to hammer you with constant emails, but I would like to feel as if I can contact you later on if I have a question. I also want to be able to contact you to make minor changes to the page(I would pay for the work) as new things came up.
