Time Planner (for GAFFAPI ONLY)
This softwareprogram has to give the user the tool to enter reservations in time for different objects in a daily schedule.
Every object has to have a free description and a time bar for the whole day. The timebar for the day has to be devided in quarters of an hour. When we click on a position in the timebar, the reservation window has to open where we can select guests/members from the database or instantly add a new guest/member.
Within the reservation window, the end-time for the reservation must be selected and there has to be a field for notes.
When the reservation is made the reserved time in the timebar should be displyed as a coloured section with the name of the guest/member written in it.
When double clicking the coloured section in the timebar, a window must open in which we can enter notes for this specific reservation. When notes are entered for a reservation, this must become visible in the couloured section for the reservation by a symbol or yellow square. The timeplanner software must print daily reports in text for all reservations made for a specific day and a graphic report that shows all the objects with seperate timebar for daily reservations for a specific day.
The software also needs a backup function for the member/guest database and reservations.
