Customize the Themes of a couple hosted applications by ehuddleston

This is a small project that I need to get accomplished in the next couple of days. I am integrating some hosted forums (http://www.activeboards.com) into my website at http://www.2glue.com/. I am also integrating paypal as a payment mechanism. I am also leveraging some third party surveying technology (http://www.surveymonkey.com/). I need someone to:
1) customize/modify/create a CSS that matches my current website so the hosted forums looks like my website as you link back and forth. That will also entail some font and color selection and light configuration (via the admin UIs of the forum).
2) Create a banner that will match paypal's requirements for size that will do the best job possible of looking good with the current site. I'll also need a recommendation on background color for paypal.
3) Create a custom theme in survey monkey (a single page UI where you pick fonts and colors). I'll want the survey monkey theme to look like the website. I'll also need a banner that meets their requirements based off our website design.

exactly how much customization is possible with Ning, but I've heard that it is possible to re-skin it.
It would be great if the person who does the work has a sense of website style and design, and can work with provided images to craft something clever based on samples from other sites and design notes.
I expect this to be a fairly easy project with minimal time commitment for the right person.

is for the design of a set of 57 poker chips (casino chips). We have a set of 57 images, already created, that we want to use to place on poker chips. So, you will not need to design the chip images themselves...only the chip that you can use as a template (to customize for each image...color, denomination, outer design, etc).
