What is OKEY?
OKEY is a table game played by four people with 106 tiles. The faces of the tiles are numbered from 1 to 13, with the numbers printed in four different colors. There are two same colored tiles of each number. In addition, there are two special tiles without numbers - these are known as "false jokers".
The objective of the game is to form a hand that is completed (finished) according to OKEY rules
How is it played?
SITTING AT A TABLE:
After you login to the web site, you can open the flash Lobby by clicking the "LOBBY" button in the upper right corner. When you click the "OKEY" button on the initial Lobby screen, you will directly enter the "1st Room". You can access the other Rooms from the upper right corner. There are 5 rooms. The number of people playing in these Rooms is shown in parentheses.
When you enter a Room, you will see the tables in that Room. A maximum of five people can sit at a table at a given time. Each table's information will be shown when you drag the mouse over it. In this screen you can see who is sitting at a table at that instant and view values like Money Type, Opening Amount, Minimum Balance and Average Pot. These can be detailed as follows:
Opening Amount: The amount of money you have to submit when the game begins (entry amount). (Please see: ENTERING THE GAME)
Minimum Balance: This is the minimum amount of money on the table. When sitting at a table, you have to submit at least this amount of money to start a session. If the amount of money you are holding drops below this amount at the end of a game, you will be dismissed from the table.
Click on the table you wish to play the game in. When you access the table, the seats you can sit will be indicated by a SIT button on top of them. After you choose one seat by clicking on it, a new screen will be presented to you asking the amount of money you will submit to the table. When you have entered the amount, the process of sitting at a table will have been completed.
ENTERING THE GAME:
The game can start if there are at least 4 players present at the table. The session information of the player whose turn has come will blink on and off and the red bar beneath will show the remaining available time of this player. If a player hasn't answered yet when this bar has finished, it will be assumed that this player has given a negative answer, i.e. the player's hand will be folded or that player will not enter the game, and the game will continue.
You will be asked your decision regarding entering the game with ENTER / DON'T ENTER. The amount needed to enter the game will be shown near the Enter option.
ENTER: This will enable you to enter the game. When you click this option, the amount needed to enter the game will be subtracted from the amount of money you are holding and added to the pot. If all four players give an affirmative answer to the question, the tiles are distributed and the game starts. (If you wish to enter games automatically as long as you sit at a table, you have to check the "Automatically send the amount needed to enter the game" box.)
DON'T ENTER: If you choose this option, you will not enter the game. There will be no change in the amount of money you are holding. In normal tables, if you don't enter two consecutive games, you will be dismissed from the table. If less than four players give an affirmative answer to this question at the beginning, the game is cancelled and the money of players who previously entered the game is returned to the respective players
HOW TO PLAY:

The player can either take the tile just discarded by the previous player (which is face up), or draw the next tile from the supply on the table (which is face down). After that the player has to discard one tile, which appears useless to him. The next player in turn may take this or draw another tile from the supply. This continues until a player ends the play.
ENDING THE GAME:
When a player forms a hand that is completed (finished) according to OKEY rules, he ends the game by placing the discarded tile in the red area and wins the pot
NOTE: If the last tile discarded by a player is the OKEY Tile (joker) or if the player scores a Double Win, an additional amount equal to the opening amount is subtracted from the players, the pot is doubled, and awarded to the winning player
