Urgent: PHP Support Ticket Script Customization + Big opportunity for full-time work by dstevenson1

Background:
I am the president of USA internet business. Over the past seven months, We have worked with numerous programmers and are yet to find one that suits are needs. Our previous programmers were impossible to work with, as they constantly made excuses, they often didn't submit work on time, and, the work was full of errors.
This project:
1. I changed my DB details, and, as a result, the scripts aren’t assembling. You must go through PHP docs and update them with my new mysql username and password
2. I am using the OsTicket Open Source Support Center. I want to customize it to fit in with my current user interface. What will be needed:
A way to transfer fields from the user accounts of my site to the support ticket automatically. (Example: name, email, website would automatically be inputted with support ticket)
Programmer will also need to find away to make sub-departments within main department.
3. 1-3 additional small PHP edits…(I am sure I will find something)
Requirements:
• You must have a good command on the English language
• You must send short hourly updates on your progress
• You must complete this project within 24 hours after it was assigned
• You must be online – ready to communicate
• No EXCUSES will be tolerated – (I don’t want to hear: internet was down, power outage, car broke down, computer broke, computer froze, mom was emmited to hospital, car crashed…I heard them all, and I never believe them)
• NO errors should be made..everything should be checked
• Other portions of the site should not “stop” working out of the blue
• None of the code is allowed for redistribution,- none of the code should be ‘stolen’..FTP logs will be watched for suspicious activity, and, we will be frequently searching the web to see if the cod was’stolen’ ..If you are cought doing this, there will be harsh consequences..(Basically, we are looking for honesty)
• Lastly, have a positive attitude, and a sense of humor!
Permanent Position: If you can successfully complete this project, and it meets the requirements outlined above, we will hire you full-time.

I have a php support ticket system its already 100% coded and implemented 95% it works but for some reasons it doesnt show all replys and it doesn't show all required information.
