I have a fairly simple (5 fields) online form on a HTM page.

I need someone to make this into a PHP format (or Javascript)
with required fields, mainly the Email address with the "@".
If not entered correctly, maybe a pop-up saying
"Please Enter A Valid Email Address".

Simple Flash Contact Form Fix
Simple flash template has been edited, the contact form doesn't seem to comply however. The PHP portion is working fine, there's something between the flash file and the php file that isn't communicating however, as the email that is received contains no real data on it. Email is received however!

Simple Page Html Contact Form

We have a PDF brochure that contains 90% of the information we want to ask with the online form. The form's option will be to save results to a XLS for spreadsheet and email to multiple emails with thank you page for more contact. All is possible through the installed script. milar to existing plugins. Once contact form is saved a table will be created just for that form with fields that are the same as contact form fields.
Once the form is submitted the admin can view forms in admin sidebar with little numbers for new submissions. Once admin clicks on form the admin can then view/sort/delete/export form submissions on a per form basis.

Just need to fix contact form. Not sure why it's not working. Pretty simple and quick.

er works best. They do not need to be exactly the same calculators, just similar. There are many sites where you can find otehr examples of real estate calculators, you can close a different set of calculators if it is easier.
The calculators should be styled with CSS to match the site they are being cloned into.
