Browser plugin for 'highlight' and 'save as' by busyfish

The project is to design a tool to save some texts on a website easily.
Currently, if I want to save something I read, I need to highlight the text and hit "Ctrl C' to copy it. Then I need to open a Word or text document and paste the text into it. Then save as a file under some directory.
I need to design a plugin into Browsers (IE, FireFos, Netscape) to works like this:
The user first highlight some texts on a page and right click on the lightlighted texts. There should be a menu saying "Save into" and a submenu showing a list of directories. If I pick one of the directory and the text should be saved into the folder.
It also need to prompt for the title. I input a title and it was saved to the directory with the title.

Browser Plugin - Highlight phone numbers, and make clickable
I need a browser plug for IE and Firefox. The IE one needs to be written in C#, and Java is fine for Firefox. The plugin needs to highlight any phone number on the page the user is viewing. Search for images, resize them and save them to folders
