Simple Members Area Script Integrating Aweber by percent9

Hello,
I am setting up a basic members area on a site and need to password protect either the entire site and/or have the option of excluding select pages from password protection. The issue is integrating this with my existing Aweber account. The ideal scenario would be as follows:
1. Upon entering name, email and password into an Aweber form, visitor is redirected to a thank you page stating their login details are being sent via email.
2. Aweber sends the standard opt-in confirmation form
3. First autoresponse email from Aweber reflects their email address and password as their username and password for access to a link provided in the same email to the members only area
4. When arriving at the designated members only url, the username and password from the Aweber signup is entered at a prompt and the visitor is granted access.
I can handle 1-3 above, what I am missing is the ability to automate out the collection of the Aweber data and merge it with the password protection script on the site/pages.
As long as it is not too complex, I can install the scripts as well as setup the mysql database on my server, and design the required front end pages.
I am undecided as to whether the site will be standard .html or if I am going to use a CMS like Joomla -- either way, I would want this to be flexibile enough to work in both circumstances.

l but with a subscription button. Im looking for a realistic competitive price for whether you can modify the above links shown or can build one quickly from scratch, and want to know a realistic timeframe.

an example can be viewed an a website already setup,
for security purposes we will not post the login and link, but we will pm to the winner bidder.
this script must have an admin panel for us, so we can view the leads submitted by our associates and we can update the status of each one of them. and post messages to them.

it seems to be more focused on product/catalog site. I have yet to see it implemented for an information based site with free and paying members and the kinds of functions mentioned above particularly content management and easily adding articles etc;
- The ability to handle XML feeds and automatically provide RSS updates to subscribers would be distinct advantages. A built in automated external Link addition/checking script would also be an advantage.

ss. We would like a script to allow a member to enter their username and password and login directly from "our" login and bypassing the .htaccess login popup.. The member also should have the option to check "remember me" on the login to save their information.
