I need to create a simple webpage that allows user to request office supplies. I'd like it be able to send the results to an email and to an Access database.
Simple form that would have fields for name, office, phone, etc, etc... Then a list of office supplies with the ability to add a quantity. I'd then like the results to email our office admin staff and dump to an Access database. I'd like the access database that could produce some simple reports like: Requests by user; requests by date or date range; total number of requests for certain items, etc, etc....

The finish product should contain all of the standard website functionality and specific functions listed above for both the website & database. The database should be easy to navigate, maintain, and update. The entire website and database should be flexible enough to be hosted in the cloud or on a personal web server. k on any of the pictures in the gallery and enlarge and have the option to either save, print or email. If email is chosen that email address is saved for my newsletter distribution.
That's about it. As adminstrator of the site, I want capabilities to approve new profiles, send a newsletter, eventually charge for the site and accept payment from advertising, etc. i also want to be set up in the big 3 search engines and google ad sense.

For example, if I clicked "xx template" .. a preview image would show up, I select "red" for the red theme... and so the "download" link is linked to the red xx template.

Scripter Needed For Website
, the website should have Youtube widgets, Flickr widgets and Slideshare widgets. It should be easy for the webmaster of the site to put a Twitter/Youtube/Flickr/whateversocialmedia widget on the website.
All this could be accomplished within an opensource website (Wordpress, Drupal etc.), but this is not obligatory.
For future projects, it would be valuable if you can make custom Wordpress websites.

I have a .psd which I need converted to valid XHTML, and it should include a basic form which will send results to multiple people who i specify. I have attached the .psd.

New Website Needed that works with iFrames by BCBC
to create a custom iframe that will allow users to create a mini profile. Users will need create their profile and then answer a couple of questions. Next users will be able to browse through the profiles using the questions that they have asked. It's really simple. Users would answer things like Male or Female, Age, etc.
Anyways, if this is possible please let me know. If you have any examples of this please let me know as well.
