I need a good programmer/programmers to modify an existing voice, webcam and chat application (My Phone) to include the same features as MSN these are as follows:-
- text chat, text conference
- video chat, video conference, video mail (if the user is not online the possibility to leave a video message)
- voice chat, voice conference, voice mail (to be able to leave a voice message)
- file sending
The software already has most of the functions but needs to be modified, the most important aspect of the modification is voice clarity and webcam conferencing (using the best codec) with the ability to leave a webcam and or voice message.
Please bid if you or your company has experience in this field and can provide examples.
I have put a limit of price for this project because, programmers have already developed VoIP applications or can customize an application that has the same features as "myphone". Please do not bid if you are not able to modify the “my phone” source code and produce a no obligation demo as I have realised with previous bids, it is very difficult to nominate a programmer without the ability to hear the quality.

I see the application uses an sql file for feed configuration and would like to deploy a default database that includes my default feeds. I have tested replacing the sql file with a modified one from another computer and see that it allows the app to use the feeds configured from that other computer. This will allow me to edit the feeds remotely using a login script that copies the most up to date sql file to user's desktops.
