Design Brief
I am looking for a world class designer to re-design my website from wire frames which I will provide(these have already been completed). I require the design outputs in HTML format and will do the implementation myself. I would also like to have my logo re-designed (for which I have a concept in mind but can be advised of alternative routes). I will need 7 HTML templates in total and one logo.
N.B.
-One template will almost be an exact replicate of a other (except for the addition of one other design element)
-One template will be an email
Objective of the new design
The new website design & logo is to position my company (an online used car classifieds website) as a leader in it’s space, the site is to feature a clean design that not only looks great, but draws the eye to critical tasks.
On the home page the main task I want users to complete is to search for cars (the other elements exist on this wireframe mainly for reasons concerning branding and SEO). On the subsequent car results page I want users to compare the results and to click through on the ads to view the car details, at this point I want users to make contact with the dealers via the enquiry form or click through on the advertisements displayed below the car photograph.
On the car inspection and car service pages the main task is for users is to review the information and make contact via the form or telephone number given.
The job will consist of the following pages/elements

8) New logo
* I would like two versions of the enquiry tool that appears on this page. One with extra fields for trade in enquiries and one without this element.

I like the way the used car search facility is prominent and draws the eye on the home page. On the car details page:

I like the slick design of the key elements and the fact that key tasks are kept above the fold.

I feel that using photography in branding window areas gives the bsite an edge over its peers. I also like the use of the yellow notepad like sheets as it really draws the eye and also the exceptional strong call to action e.g. "find out more>>"

This bsite is very good from a usability perspective and I particularly like how the search results are displayed. Hover I feel the design in general is not very emotionally engaging, although clean the design in general lacks ambition and does not do much for carzone from a positioning perspective.

I really like the way that the designers have decided on a hierarchy for the various calls to action on the homepage and use lots of white space and other design elements to draw the eye to critical tasks. The tabs on this site are also really ll done. N.B. I don’t like the way this site fails to work in many resolutions.

-Design is from wireframes provided by myself.
-The design needs to be scaleable
-I must have full copyright for the design and will take the design elements and adapt for less significant pages e.g. privacy, terms & conditions, dealers page etc. Shortly afterwards I will be seeking designs for channel pages including finance and insurance so I am looking to find someone who will potentially be able to fulfil these requirements later also.
Timeframe
3-4 weeks elapsed time from appointment.

I have designed a number of logos and attached them. The logo idea of red and balck is that Commercial Guardian helps business go from in the red to in the black. The logo does not have to be red and black. The main logo should be Commercial Guardian - with the tag line of "improving your bottom line" as per the attached word document.
