Develop a web-based poker hand replayer by mal247

Hi,
I am looking for someone that is familiar with Texas Holdem to build an online tool that will "replay" an online poker hand based on the details of the hand being loaded in to the site via a form field. The hand details will have a pre-defined format that can be parsed.
I will supply the graphics. The way I see it working is:
1. User goes to site
2. User pastes in hand history (details)
3. User clicks "play", and the action that takes place during the hand is replayed graphically (bets, folds, calls, bet amounts, cards turned over at the end of the hand, etc)
4. User can pause or replay action.
If you are not familiar with poker or texas holdem, please do not bid on this project.
The data should be stored in a MySQL database for future use.
The application could be built in Flash if that is the preferred format, otherwise, a combination of DHTML, HTML, and Javascript would be necessary.

All images for the applications have been created and ready for implementations. I need to have this up and running within 4-8 weeks. I have the Weekly Status Option checked but that's flexible. For the Web Site I'm looking to keep it under $ 500 and the application should stay between $ 500 and $ 1000. I can be somewhat flexible on that price range.

We are a gaming community based in Malta. We wish to develop a flash based hand replayer for our poker client. We wish to establish contact with a (or several) reliable flash/XML/AJAX developers for future work aswell.

2. It should return the overall percentage strength of the hand currently held.

Poker Hand Replayer (flash)
I need a flash program which reads poker hand histories from database (mysql) and replays them.
Users should be able to paste hand history from any popular poker room (pokerstars, full tilt, ongame, ipoker) or input hand manually and then watch the hand replay. They should also be able to embed the resulting video to other websites with link back to the replayer home site.

We have a functioning poker hand history converter on our vbulletin forum site, but we need to find someone who can handle updating the script. It is a php script, and it needs to be updated as poker sites update their software and change the output of the text formats of the hand histories from their sites.
