This is a quick turn project for someone who has experience in this area. Please do not try to use a template, i will recognize it, and I do not want something old. It will take you longer to try and change templates then to build from scratch if you are an experienced designer. My target audience has seen about every site template out there, they will recognize a blatant copy.
