This is an exciting project for those who are interested in flash cartoon design.
We are looking for highly skilled flash designer/developer to produce quality flash animation. No entry level developers please.
My partner and I are contracting out the flash animation development of a website. The project encompasses the development of a single HTML webpage that embeds a flash animation component featuring the original creations of two characters. The design concept, action events, animation sequence have all been sketched out. However, we do leave the detail look to the creative imagination of the freelancer. Our aim is to have a final product that look slick and professional.

Development Requirements:
