Hi, I have purchased "website tonight" product from www.domainrightnow.com to create my own website without having so much I.T knowledge but i am finding difficulties using and promoting it. I can not even do banner exchange easily for this site because the webmasters have to get in to my site trough main control panel before they can exchange banners. I was away since i posted my last project and already lost a lot of time. I am ready to make a prompt payment and get the work done ASAP! I don't have a large budget as this will be my first business. i am very frustrated with not being able to use the site & promote it.
I need someone to transfer my website to another hosting that i can use easily and i need a new banner design as soon as possible.

this is a very small and simpel project. I am looking for someone to design two basic website banners for us. We will provide the copy and images we just need you to do that actual banner design. The two sizes are:
