Setup ASP or ASP.NET page using SQL pull from 4 text files by rkruger

Our site is hosted with GoDaddy on their Deluxe Plan. They use SQL Server 2000 on Windows. The site can be set to allow ASP, ASP.NET 1.1 or ASP.NET 2.0.
If you have not worked with GoDaddy's Hosting DO NOT APPLY!!
Project requirements:
We need to create a folder that a third party can upload the data files to without having access to any other files.
We need a SQL + ASP or ASP.net connection with these files that will reflect the new data as the third party replaces the data files.
The data is in comma delineated text files with text enclosed in quotes.
The first file (Vehicles) has 99 categories; most are simple values that can be imported without any massaging. Many will be ignored, some are be arrays of lookup references to one of the other files.
The second file (Options) has 2 categories:
1. A Two character case sensitive unique identifier, and
2. Value of the option.
The third File (CarParts) has 3 categories:
1. A Two character case sensitive unique identifier,
2. Part Type, and
3. Value of the option.
I have attached 3 sample files.

Show me some of your impressive flash designs/creations/animations - and even better, a very small sample of actionscript proving you can create something like this.
Example: I change the text in a .txt file - and in turn the text displayed on the flash swf file has changed. Nothing spectacular for a demo - but prove to me you can are an expert at ActionScript.

Need to add and move fields in ASP.NET C# page
i think should not be too testing for an experienced coder;
1) SORT: I want one of the pages to automatically sort records by a specific field.
2) I need 3 fields added and put in the correct place in the table (the fields are already setup in the SQL db) I also require another field to be moved to a different place in a table.
3) I need 3 fields deleted

Database Operations - Concatenate And Update Fields
I could use a .asp page or series of .asp pages that would process the data for me. Either option is OK, but I prefer to be able to process the records in MS Access.
IMPORTANT NOTES:
I don't want memo fields created if there is not a corresponding class to reference it. Most of the records in the CE Credits table will NOT have current classes.
I have posted a copy of the database I receive from my vendor with just a few records so you can see the database structure.
