Required skills: Website Design
Must be Dreamweaver user. I have a Membership Handbook that needs to be put online. Source documents are in Word. Need Freelancer to:
1) Convert all 7 sections of Word text docs to XHTML compliant, ACCESSIBLE, webpages that use CSS for styling. Tables are fine for layout.
2) Break up each section (Word Doc) into sets of webpages that can be navigated in sequence instead of conveting each word doc into 1 long webpage.
3) Make sure all content is laid out perfectly and looks great and there are no broken links. All pages are accessible to screen readers etc.
4) Create Table of contents page with links to each section.
5) Have uploaded sample word file (1 section)

Managed by an admin user with create and delete rights. 2 user groups. Admin- full rights and User- right to only use the converter.
