I am looking to set up a paper trading website. It will be a subscription website. The major work will be in creating an online paper trading system. Each individual subscriber will have their own paper trading account where they will be able to track specific commodities and have a mock account where they can place paper trades and have their accounts updated when the market changes each day.

Stocks research and trading website
website, anychart.com will be used, so feel free to use features and images from there in your design. I have attached wireframes to roughly describe the project. This is not tested for UI best practices, so please apply your expertise.

Something similar to a stock trading website. But not that complex. Buying and selling of commodities with graphical representation of the most current values of the commodity, user accounts, place bids, buy, sell, execute trades, etc.

Don't bid too high out of the budget, there are a lot of scripts that can be easily adapted for this kind of trading website, only thing you will need to do is code the design (we already have that) and integrate the sms notifications.
You can do this any way you want - using php, asp, any kind of cms, but priority will be given to PHP based solutions.
