I am looking for someone to develop a Church Job Portal for hiring church staff. I have one now at http://www.ministryclub.com/jobsearch but would like something with more admin control that that one. The best church job search website out there now is http://www.churchstaffing.com and I would like this to be as good.
I am not looking for someone to just take a script and plug it in to a job portal template. I am looking for something creative but has a lot of admin control to change the catagories, job post preferences, and job seeker preferences. I have seen scripts by softbiz.com and jammit and both are good. Jammit seems to offer more what I am looking for but It doesn't include some extras I want plus the look of the site is limited and not that appealing.
I would like there to be a demo site before installed. Thanks and I am looking foward to building a great working relationship with you.
