Website Package Development Deal by LMMC
Required skills: Flash, Java, System Admin., Website Design, XML
This posting is for a bulk development package to be developed for our company. The developer chosen would develop 20 magazine websites for our company. The 20 magazine websites would have the basic common master template layout. Once the developer has developed the master layout then its important for the developer to capture the theme, essence, color scheme, and identity of each magazine topic in each website. Each website would use the following technology:
Video Player - Sample seen on www.espn.com in the right corner of the website.
Flash Video Feed - again seen on the www.espn.com website.
CSS - for fast page loading.
XML - RSS Feed for each website.
Java & Java script for development for clean design.
Content Management Systems for the Magazine websites. A collective system would be better.
To understand what we would expect as in the level of development, graphics, color scheme work, and layout development please look at the samples below:

www.allure.com - for color scheme
www.jane.com - for color scheme
www.inc.com - for layout development
These are sample websites that fit the taste frame of what we would expect to see from the developer.
Our company will provided the magazine text logo, text for the website, and magazine theme for websites as well as photos to be used in the website. I have attached a blueprint layout just to show what I would like to see as far as layout of the magazines.
Payment terms are budget is set at $ 5,000.00 USD. For all 20 websites. We have strict rules for developers who we work with since we have had bad experiences. Our terms are stated below:
Developer must sign a NDA and a development agreement.
Developer agrees to develop the websites in the stated time frame in the agreement.
After each website is developed and loaded, tested, and checked for bugs, developer must sign a copyright wavier to the company. Once the sites have been loaded and tested, copyright agreement signed, our company will pay the complete amount of the bid the developer place. The developer can be paid in methods of Credit Card, Pay Pal, or Bank Transfer. We do not do cash transactions.
Development Time Frame Range is 45 days or less.
Developer must provide daily updates of work.
We ask for only developers who can commit to this project fully. Please provide samples of your work. If you have no samples or url portfolios please do not bid because you will not be considered. We will only entertain real bids. The sample layout is to show what we are looking for as far as layout is concerned. Look forward to working with you.
